Last Sunday, I and Chanju hung out with my host-sun Josh. We decided to meet each other at 12 o’clock, but I got up too late in the morning that we managed to keep our appointment. We met each other at pioneer square, where a music concert was held. After listening to that some time, we took a MAX to go to the Saturday market. In weekdays, it is just an open space. However, in weekend, it is changed into the market which is very crowded. There were many kinds of people in the market, also there were many products. Along the street, there was Mt. Hood, and we were able to see it.
Walking along the riverside, we met Josh’s friends. We hung out together to play Frisbee, but we couldn’t find a store where it sells Frisbee disc. However, we had a great time without that by seeing downtown. I had a very great time to see a lifestyle of modern American, and it made me enable to compare with the lifestyle of 19 Century’s.
