I have a younger brother and a younger sister in Korea.
BUT, you know what? I have OTHER younger siblings in Portland. Actually they are in my host family.
One is Mason who is 7 years old. He loves ””””Lego”””” and ””””Nintendo DS”””” very much.
And he is a kind brother to his sister, Marlise, but he hates waiting. Oneday we went ””””Sushi”””” restaurant and the waiting line was too long for it””””s delicious food. So we waited but Mason cried like a little baby. I tried to soothing him.
Actually in Korea when kids cries we, whoever, tries to soothing them and being calm down them. But I think in America people do not try to. I don””””t know the reason and when kids cries I don””””t know what to do in America.
And he eats almost food, that is, he is not a picky eater. His favorite food is sushi and pasta in the Sweet tomato.
The other is Marlise who is 4 years old. At first she was very shy to me. But just after 30 minutes, she hold my hands and told me something interesting. I was overwhelmed by gratitude for her familiarity.
Actually my host father is Korean, she looks very beautiful to Korean, me. And she likes coffee beans. She told me the reason why she loves coffee beans. That”s why she ate a cup of coffee when she was a baby.
I know you want to see Harry Potter ASAP.
I went to the theater in Gresham which is beside to Portland.

Today, I’d like to tell you how to buy a ticket by the machine.

As you can see, there is the button ‘Purchase tickets’.
You don’t have to press the button ‘Espanol’.
In Korea, you know there is no button to choose other foriegn ranguages.
Next stage is selecting date.

You know, the day was that the Movie : Harry potter – Half Blood is released.
So, I decided to push the button of ‘HARRY POTTER : HALF BLOOD(MIDNIGHT)’
Also, there is Ice Age, I like it.
Oooooh, there is no poster beside the button.
There are posters next to the texts in Korea.
You can know the information that it last at 153minutes.
And you can choose the time-12:01, 12:02, …. , 12:06 AM
I thought that this is strange.
Because cinema shows us the movie each minute.
And it doesn’t have the time after 12:06. Isn’t it strange?
In Korea, we never show movie like this way.
Just showing at each hour or something…
At last, you have to press the button that how older you are.
Unfortunately, there is no extra ticket we can use.
Maybe the movie is so popular than we think.

What I was surprised was that there was a DVD player in a car!
Then, what kind of movies do American teenagers usually watch?
   
These are from my sisters’, who are 14 years old.
They love a kind of princess stories like cinderella and snow white.
They also like stories about teenagers like themselves.
I watched “another cinderella story” in a car, and it was really good!
The prince in an original story changed into a singer and cinderella was a girl who dances really well.
And you know what?? What Cinderella left after a dance with a prince was not glass shoes, but an ipod!!!
Isn’t it funny?
Acually, ipods are reaaly popular among American teenageres.
It’s similar to Korean teenagers who have mp3 and listen to it all the time.
 It is Morgan, one of my sister’s ipod touch.
There is a lot of albums in it.
But what is different from Korean teenagers is that she only downloads legal songs.
